You must be at least 18 years old. If you order for a company or another person, you must have authority to enter the agreement for them. Give accurate information, use a payment method you are entitled to use and keep your contact details up to date.
The service is designed for business websites. If you are legally a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the rights that apply to you.
You tell us about your business on our website, choose a plan and pay securely by card through Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and Stripe emails your receipt. If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we will refund it in full. There is no account to create.
After payment we message you on WhatsApp to set up your 1-1 chat with our senior team and collect what we need to build your website, such as your details, logo and photos.
£59 one-page plan: a complete one-page website built by our developers, hosting, security and maintenance, a free FreeWebsiteClub.uk address (or connection to your own domain), a site that works on phones, basic search engine setup, Google Business Profile setup, privacy and cookie pages, and changes to your page sent through your 1-1 WhatsApp chat.
£79 multi-page plan: everything in the £59 plan, with up to 10 pages and faster changes, completed within 2 days of your request. We work 7 days a week.
Change requests are handled one at a time in the order received, under fair use. A request can contain several edits. A full redesign, a new website, ecommerce or custom applications need a separately agreed scope and price, which you can decline.
You can message your 1-1 WhatsApp chat at any time to send requests and questions. We reply 7 days a week, usually between 8am and 8pm UK time, and do not promise an instant reply.
We do not promise a particular number of enquiries, sales, visitors or search-engine rankings.
The one-page plan is £59 per month. The multi-page plan is £79 per month. Build and setup cost £0. The price does not change after 6 months or at any other point unless we tell you in advance under section 15. Prices shown are total prices; no VAT is currently added.
Your plan renews monthly on the same date you first paid, until you cancel. If a payment fails, we will contact you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before pausing the service, unless immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.
Moving from the £59 plan to the £79 plan, or back, is agreed with you in writing first and takes effect from your next billing date.
Give us accurate information about your business and only send material you own or have permission to use, such as logos, photos and reviews. You keep ownership of your own material and give us permission to use it to build and run your website. We will not sell it or use it in unrelated marketing.
Where you do not supply photos we may use suitable stock images, but they will not be presented as your actual work, staff or premises. Before-and-after photos and claims about completed work must be real.
You must not ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing, including fake reviews. We may refuse or remove such content and will explain why.
We will make your website live within 72 hours of successful payment and receiving everything we need from you. Waiting for your answers or approval pauses the clock. You review the website before it goes live and can ask us to change anything you don't like. We publish only with your approval.
If you don't like your website, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund everything you have paid us, in full. You don't need to give a reason. We send the refund as soon as you ask; your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it. Your plan is cancelled when the refund is made and the website is taken offline.
This promise is in addition to your legal rights and does not remove any remedy if the service is faulty or not as described.
You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected]. No particular wording is needed. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your website, hosting and changes continue until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the website goes offline unless you have taken it elsewhere under section 11. We will confirm your cancellation.
Outside the 30-day refund promise or your legal rights, cancelling does not refund the current paid month.
For an online service contract you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us by email, WhatsApp or post using a clear statement. Because our 30-day refund promise refunds everything you have paid, you will not be charged for work done in this period if you cancel within it. Where a refund is due, we will make it within 14 days, using the same payment method, without a fee.

While your plan is active, the website we build is provided to you as part of the service. Your own content always remains yours.
After 12 months of paid membership, you can take your website elsewhere for free. Before 12 months, the release fee is £199, paid once. New hosting and any migration work you ask us to do are extra and agreed with you first. Before you agree, we will explain which files you receive and any third-party licence limits, such as stock photos we cannot transfer.
If you already have a domain, it stays with your provider and you remain responsible for renewing it. A free FreeWebsiteClub.uk address is part of our domain, not a separate domain you own.
If you want a new domain, we confirm the exact address and price with you first and take a separate payment only after you approve it. You own any domain bought for you and keep it if you cancel.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use the information you give us, including through our website form, Stripe payments and WhatsApp. Your own website needs notices and settings that reflect what it does; we set up privacy and cookie pages as part of your plan, based on your answers.
Contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can put it right. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may pause the service if needed for unlawful content, a security threat or a serious breach of these terms, and will explain why and give you a fair chance to fix it where possible. If we end the service without any breach by you, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
The version of these terms shown when you paid applies to your order. If we need to change them, or your price, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the change applies. Changes never apply backwards.
